Any way to decompress disc partition containing Windows?

Update:

The disc partition underwent partial compression before it was stopped. The computer was shut down, but shows the message "OTESJ is compressed Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" on subsequent start-ups. Restarting the computer by pressing these buttons does not resolve the problem.

I stopped using disc partitions decades ago.

Despite partial compression, connecting it to another computer and accessing the decompression options for that partition will do the trick.

If you interrupted the process before it was completed then it is very unlikely you can do anything. You have to reinstall windows most likely

If you already know the answer why are you posting the question?

Figured it out recently. Maybe this might help someone else in need.
