my heart rate is fast, i don’t know what it can be from, any tips on how to lower it?

    Logan is right. When I was training for a marathon my resting heart rate got down to 40 beats per minutes. So try running a couple miles a day a few times a week and then go for a longer run (5 or 6 miles) on the weekend. Just check your heart rate in the morning before you get out of bed. I should steadily decrease after a week or two.

    Regular cardio/aerobic exercise will definitely help.

    I think long term Benadryl use as a sleeping aid raised my pulse rate. It has come down since I quit.
