Meeting at the Harvard Club of New York City for a Manhattan: high-class or mediocre?

If a business colleague invites you to the Harvard Club of New York City to have a Manhattan, is that a high-brow invitation? Or nothing special? Or can anyone in the world do that?

There are too many restrictions to list here. Google "Harvard Club, New York City." Select frequently asked questions and then dress code.

What difference does it make? Who, when invited somewhere, asks others and debates about if it’s “high brow” or “mediocre”? You need to stop being a jerk and be glad somebody invited you somewhere.
