Do you believe leather seats that are 3 years old exhibiting wear would be considered a manufacturer defect?

    No. A 3 year old leather seat would be expected to show signs of wear.

    No! Leather seats are expected to show SOME indications of wear with age. READ the owner's manual. Learn how to maintain your car's interior properly and you won't have as many problems.
