    The STATE doesn't. The COUNTY court handling your case may.

    That is not a matter of state law, that is determined by the judge. You need to call the court clerk and ask. Most courts will give you an extension or take payments.

    You would have to call the Clerk of Court for the court involved with the ticket and ask them.

    Or

    If you have a credit card, you can pay their fees and interest

    Or

    If you see a judge, they could make the fine higher to include court fees, lower it if they wish, or allow payments.

    I would call the clerk of the court and ask.
