Ebola has no symptoms during the incubation period, and the disease is treated only with supportive measures. The strategy to prevent the transmission of ebola is to quarentine individuals suspected of carrying the disease until the incubation period is over and symptoms start to appear if an individual is in fact infected. Therefore everyone from infected countries should be detained and quarantined by CDC until they are cleared of the possibility of infection.
