can you lose weight doing 30 mins cycling every time you go to the gym?
I weight like 260, and im 6'5" and I only burned 150 calories doing 30 mins of cycling

The key for weight lose is your diet. Exercise is important but the calories burned are marginal. You'd need to train hours in order to lose weight just through exercise, and even then you can't outrun a bad diet.Source(s): I'm a Dietitian

A little white and red meat and fish like salmon.
Also lift weights twice a week it helps your joints
And builds up your bones and muscles. You
Need an over all work out not just arms and
Chest and shoulders like too many guys do.
Get the big picture or health management or
Heath Maintenance. It takes work to stay
