What are the best exercises for love handles?

Ive been running and doing some exercises. I see results except the side fat (love handles) im not loosing too fast. So what are some good exercises for those

    Unfortunetly fat gets removed in the opposite order you put it on. First on, last off.

    and.... for men the first place they put on fat is around the waist. so that fat is the last to come off.

    The best way to reduce fat on your body is by eating a calorie deficit diet. And exercise can play a role in that. but the easiest most effective way to create a calorie deficit is with diet.

    Not sure if this is true but it is said that a long slow workout burns more fat than a short fast workout. So it might be better to jog 4 miles than to run 4 miles.

  • You know you can't spot reduce, don't you? You can do exercises that burn fat, but that will have effects on your entire body.
