No more then 3 exercise sessions a week ( lots of stress on body)

Not really any miracle shortcuts. But caffeinated tea or coffee can help a little bit.
They help curb appetite and increase metabolism.

Just don't eat any food that makes you feel thirsty . Eat as much as you like but avoid anything that makes you drink half liter of water after eating it .

Eat different things -- it helps to drop the fats and sugars. No more soda. No fast food. No deep fried anything. No bread. No starches like rice, pasta and potatoes.
Stick to veggies, fruits and meat. Drink tea, water and fruit juice. Double your water intake to help flush your system. Soups are fine. NO cream type salad dressings, go with balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar instead. It has good flavor.
