No not being allowed to vote,,,but are being counted by the U.S. Census in 2020, just like they were legal tax paying citizens.

Plus in many states illegals are eligible for a legal driver license and automatically registered to vote, with Motor Voter laws. So they may vote if they choose.

Illegals, asylum seekers, and refugees are counted by the U.S. Census as if they were legal citizens, growing democrat voting districts, adding more democrat representatives, increasing democrat electoral votes.

California has added 8 democrat electoral votes and 10 democrat voting districts since 1988 when illegals became a problem, and the last year California was a Red state.

So even if illegals don't vote and ACORN does not vote for them, they still increase democrat power and control.

Undocumented residents (aliens) in the 50 states are to be included in the census and thus in the apportionment counts.
