I do it at home too and i have normal cheap protein. Just regular cheap chocolate whey protein from walmart and i take that but i train legs, arms, abs, and glutes three times a week. I would say give it a day in between in each session. If you're not at the point where you feel that you can handle it don't workout for three consecutive days and just listen to your body, eat enough protein, drink lots of water, and rest when you feel you need to. If you're too sore the next day take that day off and relax. I sometimes do it three days in a row and sometimes ill take a break and ill just do it every other day that way it's three days that i trained.
