Lossing/lost a lot of weight after transecting from running on a treadmill to outside?
I use to be around 167-170 when running 4 miles on a treadmill now I’m 160 and staying at 160 now that I run for 35min outside at the track. Any ideas why?

It requires more effort to run outdoors than on a belt that's moving beneath you. So, if you're using more effort, you're burning more calories. If you aren't also consuming more calories then it makes sense you'd see some weight loss. You may also be sweating more when running outdoors, so water weight loss is something to consider as well. I sweat BUCKETS these days, when I run outside.

Running on treadmill in like jumping up and down. When you running on pavement you push your body forward; more effort.
That and maybe your diet has changed.
