If you are interested in entering the field of medicine, why don't you try getting an internship in a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, vet clinic, etc...? Even volunteer work in a hospital, retirement home, etc.. would be good experience.

In terms of high school extracurricular activities, try joining the chemistry club, if there is one. Or any science-related club. See if there is any science experiment competitions that you can sign up for. Other than that, sign up for anything else that interests you. For example, debate club, drama club, etc... Do something that you enjoy, it will look good on an application anyway if there is a diverse balance of activities.

Medical schools don’t care what EC you take in HS.

Universities don’t care what activities you do as long as you do something. Leadership positions in what ever you do is a big plus. They like to see well rounded students, so join what interests you.

For you own experience and to see if this is what you like, volunteer at a hospital if they allow it at your age.

Get CPA / Emergency training. Ask a research librarian at your public library. Our fire department use to run classes.

i’m not sure if things to do with sports would help but you could try to be a trainer for a sports team as you will learn to take care of injured people.
