"Machine learning" is in essence just an automated adjustment of parameters or accumulating possible results in something, to optimise the operation.

There is as yet no actual AI system. AI in the true sense is creating a sentient, self-aware system in software.

Nothing so far is near that.

AI stands for Artificial Intelligence means which can perform tasks in ways that are "intelligent".ML stands for Machine learning is technically a branch of AI, but it's more specific than the overall concept and based on the idea that we can build machines to process data and learn on their own, without our constant supervision.AI and ML are both disciplines of the Data Science platform. But on the other hand, Artificial Intelligence is a broader concept of machines that is able to carry out various tasks in smarter ways. While Machine Learning is a new application of the AI.
