If it has a USB dongle, all you need to do is plug the dongle in, put batteries in the mouse, and turn it on. The mouse will work well enough even without specific drivers installed. If it's a Bluetooth mouse, it's slightly more complicated. You have to have a USB Bluetooth dongle or card in your computer, and pull up the Bluetooth pairing screen. You can find the pairing screen in Windows 10 by pressing the Windows key and typing in Bluetooth, then scroll to "Bluetooth settings." Press "Tab" and the arrow keys to select "Devices." Then press Tab to select "Add Bluetooth or other device."
