    There are no blood tests done during blood donation that would detect cancer.

    And there are hundreds of different types of cancer. Unless you live in a country that offers tax-funded universal health care, you are not going to get a doctor (or several) to run all the necessary tests to detect, or rule out, every type of cancer at no charge.

    (And even with universal health care, in the absence of specific symtpoms or risk factors, they aren't going to do 100 tests just because you are curious or worried.)

    go for blood donation camp donate blood they will do check up if any problem they will mention
