If you have a tiny tracking device can you legally put it in somebody’s shoe like a hot babe and monitor how many calories she burns all day?

As long as you're not using it to chart her location or stalk her this probably isn't against the law.

A tracking device wouldn't give you that info, and no. Violating someone's privacy by putting a 'lojack' on them is not legal.

No, and you can be charged with assault as well as other crimes.

can a tracking device do that? Wouldn't you find out so much more info like where she lives and where she hangs out?

I think that gets into stalking territory, which is very much illegal.

There's no law AGAINST stalking or being a creep... but if you get beaten up by a man in a drag don't come crying home to mommy.
