If you want to use a film that was similar to what was used in professional ads, then use Kodak Portra 160 or 400. Or Fujifilm Fufjicolor 400H.

Which camera was used is 100% irrelevant because the film camera has zero affect on image quality. A film camera body simply cannot affect image quality because there's nothing but air between the rear element of the lens and the film plane. Therefore image quality with film is from the lens and film choice, both of which affect sharpness, color quality, color saturation, and contrast.

The colour rendering and grain would come from the film, and possibly from the processing of the film, not from the camera. The same film etc in any camera would show the same colour rendering. It would be very difficult to recognise the particular film used - several types or brands might show up very similar.
