If my husband leaves drink on sofa and I throw a cushion and knock it over, who s fault is it? His for leaving on sofa or mine for throwing?

Both of you are at fault.

Both of you are to blame!
Now if you had taken off your blouse to clean it up, you'd both be having fun instead of blaming each other!
Missed opportunities is what makes life so frustrating!

a soda certainly doesn’t belong on a couch
you obviously have bad aim besides your anger management issue assuming you were throwing it at him

If he is known to leave a soda on the couch it's mostly your fault. If not then mostly his.

It's fifty fifty. Mutual responsibility.

It's always your husband's fault. Every woman knows this.

If a cigarette company makes a package of cigarettes and you buy them and get sick from them who's fault is it yours or the cigarette companies? Yes your husband left his drink on the sofa! But it was you that knocked it over.
Clean up the mess and forget about it.

I blame both of you. And your carelessness is starting to bother me. Both of you, own your mistakes.

joint liability, unless you knocked it over on purpose
