It will be in the check-in/departures area of whichever terminal your airline uses.

Domestic ticketing is all over the place. Each terminal has its own ticketing counters, usually on the "arrivals" level (above baggage claim and below TSA screening). You need to know which airline before you get there, and then you go to that airline's terminal.
International ticketing is mostly in the Tom Bradley International Terminal

Airports in the USA do not have a single "ticketing desk". You go to the check-in area for the airline you want to use to buy a ticket at the airport.
