As president how does Bernie Sanders actually implement his policy of making the rich not get richer and the poor not getting poorer?

I think a lot of his policies are idealistic and not realistic. I believe he simplifies the solutions, and his ideas aren't that well thought out. The main thing theoretically he would do is raise taxes, as well as the minim wage. Taxing legal weed would also help pay for some of his ideas. Whether his ideas would actually work is complicated, and we would have to see what the laws turn into. They really could go either way. Raising the minim wage to high could cause even more inflection but so many people are currently struggling. Similar concepts have worked for the Netherlands but they pay a lot of taxes.

Minus a compliant Congress he actually couldn't. Presidential powers are limited in this country.

The same way as most other countries: Universal healthcare for all. This saves money for everyone; it costs only half as much per person as the U.S. spends now.

Oh that's easy...
Just implement policies to ensure everyone is equally poor.

Bernie believes that it doesn't matter how poor someone is as long as no one is rich enough to make them feel poor. That is what socialism is all about in a country where every need is easily achieved even for barely competent people.

Usually how it works is socialists make sure no on gets richer and everyone gets poorer.
