How do you (usually) know you have reached your max height/won't grow anymore?

Your age is normally a good starting point, if your anywhere between 18-22 and haven’t grown significantly in the last 5 months or so, then you have probably reached your max height. Also your parents heights are usually helpful when figuring out how tall up you are going to be, if both your parents are over 6” and your only 5”9”, then you have probably got a thew more inches left in you, but honestly, you never know how much taller you are going to be until you’ve stopped growing.

Typically by the age of 18, you have stopped growing.
