Is France a poor country?

What about United Kingdom and Italy?

    They got what they need. There is no real beggars. It is a different value system (not just dollars). Socially the people are rich, their heritage is rich, they are comfortable.

    No. Their flag is seen around the planet. Retired members of the French Foreign Legion

    all reside inside a castle and work to provide wine for the French military. Their nuclear

    Navy operates in all water that has territory claimed by France. PLease put a white sheet

    atop your roof if you think France is too poor to see my reader obtain your very first Navy

    cruise missile delivery.

    France and Italy are not poor - but do require tax from citizens to maintain heritage sites, etc. The UK is not poor at the moment, but getting poorer by the day and will be in a real pickle in the coming years with Brexit, as there will be a definite brain drain.

    In relation to the USA, most of Europe in richer, except for the southern states. Nobody there works at two or even three jobs to make ends meet.
