There are no magic foods that melt belly fat from the inside out. There is no way to spot reduce without having a cosmetic procedure like liposuction. If you have extra belly fat, you need to reduce your total caloric intake so that your body is forced to used store fat. You do that by cutting your portion sizes, and replacing grains and sweets with fresh veggies. If you eat six cups of fresh veggies (as salads or cooked) you will not have eating very many calories and you'll be pretty darn full.
Any combination wil do. You can have lettuce (all kinds), kale, spinach, cabbage, cucumber, onion, zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, celery. etc.
Cut out or back on fast food, junk food, sweets, milk, soft drinks, and juice. Check and follow actual protein sizes for carbs. For example, a portion of rice is 1/2 cup -- that's all. Stick to that and 3-4 ounces of protein and the rest veggies.
