It takes time. Find out your TDEE and take 500 calories off it. Quit drinking soda and all liquid calories. Check your weight once a week after fasting 8-12 hours (when you wake up in the morning) and drink water when you fast, if you lose weight, check your TDEE again and repeat.
Slowly replace unhealthy high calorie foods with butter choices
