I’m 17 and wanna lose weight?
I’m 17 rising senior in HS and I would like to hit the gym during summer vacations would it be a good way actually to help myself to feel better in my skin, Thanks In Advance ;-)

there's the old saying "you can't out-exercise a bad diet" which is absolutely true, going to the gym is great for physical and mental health but if your goal is to lose weight it's completely irrelevant if you don't get your diet in check and that should be your priority
also, don't expect immediate results in 3 months of summer. it's the first step in a long journey for anyone
