What's your opinion about French and Italy breakfast?

What's about drinking coffee, milk or cappuccino, eating croissants, pastries, bread (usually with jam, chocolate or honey), yogurt and less often fruits?

    Been to both countries.

Tried the croissants, pastries & bread but I'm not big of those things.

Yogurt & fruit in Italy I had most mornings.

I had more coffee in Paris as it was much better then in Italy.

I don't mind the French croissants and coffee, but I do need some protein. Usually a mid morning stop at a market takes care of that. Or I carry protein bars with me when I travel.

There is nothing better than having a warm buttery soft flakey croissant with a hot smooth creamy cappuccino. Best way to start off your day right!

People do it in America too, that doesn't sound very crazy. What sounds crazy is an "English breakfast", gross
