How do I keep my stainless steel pans from sticking?

    Just get a non-stick pan

    Heat the pan then add the oil you need for cooking then add the food.

    Do not try turning the food until it has seared and easily lifts from the pan.

    for other things that do not need to be seared learn the difference between a sweat, saute and a sear.

    Move the pan on and off the heat if you need to, adjust the heat when you need to.

    Wash to clean but leave it slightly greasy.
