"Breed"? Do you mean is it a Klingon?

    It's a cat!

No, it doesn't. It's a Red Point no breed domestic shorthair.

    She is a domestic shorthair.

She is NOT a Siamese or part Siamese. Her color is Red Point. "Flame Point" is ONLY used for the Red Point Himilayans - with shorthairs the proper color term is red point.

Really? I thought Red/Flame depended on the registry?

Only pedigreed cats have a breed.

If you have to ask, the answer would be no. You'd definitely know If you had an actual cat breed. They're both domestics and while they're not a breed they're a type with so many variations in size and coat color/patterns/length as there is no standard to follow. They're the most popular type of cat to own around the world. Cute cat but it's just not a breed.

I think this cat is a Flame Point cat, which is a type of Siamese cat. I have a Flame Point that looks quite similar to this. However, I noticed that somebody else mentioned Red Point, so maybe it is that. However, I am still convinced it is Flame Point due to its similarity with my cat.

Flame/Red Point are two words for the same thing. Most if not all cat registries (CFA, ACFA, TICA etc.) use Red Point. I don't know of any that use Flame.

Your cat isn't white. It's Red Point. The body colour is cream and there's Red on the points - the extremities.

Both cats are domestics - no breed or mix of breeds like over 97% of cats. The other cat is Brown Mackerel Tabby. Please take the collars off before your cats end up strangled to death when they catch them on something.
