If a company let's someone go after 3 weeks and the company pays employees every two weeks, does that person receive half of a paycheck?

    yes it's prorated for the hours they worked

    Yes, you will be paid for all time that you worked. No more, no less.

    They get paid everything they are owed.

    You will get the full amount your owed depending on how many hours you worked and you should get a few dollars vacation pay.

    Yes. They will receive two paychecks the whole time they're there, one of them will be a full paycheck and the other will be half of what they would usually make.
