When are Australia going to win a football World Cup?

England are the first and only country in the world to win a football, rugby and cricket world cup (the men have won a T20 world cup and the ladies ODI and T20 but everyone counts this one).

The only country who could realistically match this feat is Australia but they are pretty garbage at football. When will they win a FIFA World Cup?

Not a chance in my lifetime. Same as England. One day Serbia will win it. I know.

Yet again New Zealand were robbed when it comes to cricket. That super over should have only had New Zealand batting because they were the only ones with wickets in hand.

    No way.

No other country can do this.

  • The women's team will win it some day perhaps in our lifetime. The men's team winning would seem unlikely, just qualifying is a good effort.

The problem for Australia is there are too many football codes here for the size of our population. Soccer is not the biggest code of football here so the chance of us having a world beating team is small.

Probably not until the 2040's or 2050's at the earliest.

England should hang their head in shame at the way they won the cricket World Cup.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. The laws are the laws, it's not as if England cheated.
