How much money has been "spent" in total since the beginning of the invention of the dollar bill/coin/penny until now?

accounting for the average person spends out of everyone who has ever lived from then until now

and account for inflation and most of the average variables.

    For most of known history (and probably all of unknown history) money wasn't a thing. Bartering was far more common.

    Around 100 billion people have lived on the planet. So, take the expected lifetime spending of the average human now and multiply by 100 billion, which should work out inflation. There are far too many factors for this number to be accurate though, specifically the dramatic rise in life expectancy in the past 150 years.
