Is it possible to do a vegan keto diet?

How would I get protein from non-animal products without consuming too much carbs? Are there any plant foods that are high in protein and low in carbs?

I doubt it. All vegan protein sources are high in carbs. No way you could stick with 50 grams or less a day.

If there was a way to do such a diet, it would, I imagine, be very unappealing and difficult to stick with. And IMO not very healthful. Even if you found one or two such protein sources, you'd have to be eating them over and over, day after day.

    Yay vegan!

Keto is good for short periods of time. Maybe a week. But anything beyond that really isn't good for you. YouTube is your friend, so many good videos on what people eat for vegan keto.
