    You pay social security tax and income tax on the profit (not revenue) of your business.

    You may also need to collect sales tax for the state that you sell in.

    You pay tax on income from whatever source other than specific exceptions. Crafts are not an exception.

    Yes, it's self employment income. You also may be required to collect and remit sales tax on the items.
