Community theater websites list upcoming auditions. In some cities there may be a website listing all the upcoming open auditions in the area. The website of your local film commission may list opportunities for local independent films or extra work.

In the US, there are some websites like Actors Access, Backstage and Casting Networks for actors. Most casting calls are for low-to-no-pay jobs like student films and extra work in larger areas. There are some fees involved in submitting.

Understand that mainstream movies, TV shows and other professional work is cast through agents not websites. People invest a lot of money in their projects and they trust that investment to trained and experienced professionals so they’re not searching the public for the “right” person. Most professional work is union meaning preference is given to actors who are members of actors union like SAG-AFTRA or AEA. Understanding how the business end of the industry can help you avoid scams.

You can apply for non-union jobs found on those websites to help you get some experience and build a resume and show reel.

Real auditions are found mainly through genuine agents.

And no-one is ever interested in auditioning a beginner.

Get a few years of training and stage experience and you'll gradually learn all the basics about a career in acting, as well as acting itself.
