How much sandpaper should i buy for this metal organiser?

    Buy way to much and when your done take back what you don't use

    IF it is clean with no corrosion and you are going to brush or spray a different color, a half sheet of 8x10 320 grit wet-or-dry sandpaper should be more than enough if used wet in order to scuff the finish up for good paint adhesion. If there's a little corrosion or a very rough finish you want to smooth out or you intend to sand most of the paint off then use 240 grit and finish with 320. Before painting it's a good idea to rub it down with a tack cloth and then wipe with mineral spirits to remove any residue or oils from your hand and other contamination or the new paint won't flow smoothly and uniformly.
