    I am French.

    Are these two sentences correct?

I hope that you will like these drawings by one of my favorite artists.

In memory of the summer of 1987, with my affection.

t should be "...one of my favourite poets" (plural - poets). "With fond memories of our time in the summer of 2019" - that is how I would express that idea in southern Britain. "19" is not specific enough. "In memory of..." usually starts a piece about a person who has died.

"I hope you will like these drawings by one of my favorite poet..."

Poets don't normally draw, but maybe this one does. But you need an 's' on the end of 'poet' - one of my favourite poets.

"In memories of the summer 19, with all my affection" - "Memories of the summer of 2019, with affection, [your name]".

I am French. Are those two English sentences [no second "are] correct?

"I hope you will like these drawings by one of my favorite poet..." If you say "one of", that means there are more, and you mean "artists" ---- "by one of my favorite artists."

You mean "in memory of", but that sounds like someone died. Say instead: "Remembering the summer of 2019, with all my affection."

I hope you like these drawings by one of my favorite artists (poets don't usually draw. The noun must be plural).

In memory of the summer of 2019, with all my affection.

Poets frequently draw. Since it may not be their best-known talent, the public sometimes doesn't become aware of it. My personal favorites are the drawings of e. c. cummings.

I'm no grammar expert but the second sentence seems way off. And i think you forgot to put a an s in front of poet to make it plural.
