ICE has begun its immigrant raids. Since ICE is not police, what happens if you refuse to listen to ICE? What can they do?
9finger - wrong. ICE agents are not cops. Just google. They are NOT police.
ICE agents can enforce IMMIGRATION LAWS only. They are not cops. If they order you to stop, you don't have to listen. Because they are not cops
ICE agents also cannot pull you over. They cannot stop you on the street, ask for your id's. They are not cops.

ICE Officers are law enforcement officers. What can ICE Officers do? Arrest you. Taser you.
I'm former (moved to another Agency) Border Control Officer. I had arrest powers.

They have powers of arrest. It may only be for federal law, but because they have powers of arrest, they are police.
I have no idea what you Googled, but the first hit I got was www.ice.gov, their official site. And the headline said :"ICE arrests 20 in San Diego"

ICE agents ARE Federal law enforcement officers. The FBI isn't police either, but they have legal authority to make arrests.

ITS CALLED arrested for OBSTRUCTION, YOU CAN ACTUALLY BE HELD FOR 72 hours before going in front a judge for charges or released... JUST LIKE ANY COP.. THEY CAN ARREST YOU and just say SUSPICION OF..... OR FOR THE SAFETY OF....... Its better to be civil and not act like a total DEMOCRIT ASSS when dealing with any law enforcement..

ICE is federal law enforcement authority. So are FBI, DEA. They have the authority to arrest, charge with federal crimes (immigration-related for ICE), etc.

You act like ICE doens't know the regulations. They aren't AOC who makes up immigration law to suit her needs, they do.
If ICE has a Judaical warrant for the individual's arrest, they have full legal authority to capture that person and anyone impeding the ability to successfully complete that.
Additionally, if there is a local (state or city) police agency assisting with the capture, then standard police regulations are in place which means you can be placed into custody without a judicial warrant.
-- The pictures that are coming out of NY appear to have NYPD involved with the raids.
-- Hopefully, as the raids move west, the stupid sanctuary cities will wake up and help too.
These raids, just like the ones in the past, are focused on illegal immigrants who have pending criminal charges or convictions. They need to be removed from our communities, just like should happen if they are citizens/legal residents.
- I live in a city in California, that "supports" sanctuary cities but is not an official sanctuary city. (i.e. I think that means we are afraid to have our federal money taken away).
- The mayor announce that the city would not be helping ICE. The outcry from the residents yesterday was enormous. We need these criminals off our street (they aren't criminals because they are illegal residents but they have committed felonies).

ICE is shorthand for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement...it is a federal agency under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
To claim they are not "police" and thus do not have law-enforcement powers just makes you a victim of semantic games aimed at keeping the gullible angry and distracted.
Your claim is like saying you don't have to listen to a federal marshal because someone once told you that they can't arrest you for littering or write you up for a traffic citation. The simple fact is that if a federal agent comes looking for you, you can bet he/she is doing so because you are subject to a federal investigation or warrant...and they have full police powers to execute that federal objective.
That would be like saying you don't have to "listen" to an L.A. County Sheriff when you live in the City of Los Angeles and are in the LAPD's jurisdiction. If that Sheriff is investigating you for violating a court order, you can bet that IS within their jurisdiction and they DO have full police powers over you.
Which conveniently brings us to the reality being ignored so-broadly in the pop-media and those who use anger and division to promote their agenda: this latest round of deportations does NOT involve federal agents kicking down the doors of innocent people. The people being rounded up are known law-breakers who've been given their day in court and have either refused to appear or refused to abide by a lawful order to self-deport or to correct their status by legal means...
These were the very same types of deportations for which so many Obama supporters gave him credit, by the way.

hold their breath until they turn blue if you won't do what they want. Of course, as govt. hacks in a supposedly free country, you need never pay them any attention

They could arrest you for obstruction of justice.
