Do you think making $53,000/year at age 24 is good, bad, or average?

It's the national average. That is, for all age groups. So for one so young it's good

And depend on the carrier path that you're on. If not in a dead ene job

Depends on what the job is, and where you live. But decent in many places.

it is good only if you can move upward in your position, so that when you ask yourself this question and you are age 30, you are not asking about $55,000 a year

      I'd take 55 at 30 .... don't sound too bad.

    YES.

Note: I DID answer the question you actually asked. I consider it 'good, bad, or average'.

That depends on what go you there. High School diploma? Undergraduate degree? Advanced degree?

Where is it? In NYC or SF Bay Area that's decent, but not great.

Are you on a career path or are you maxed out?
