"Ich liebe dich" means i love you in German.

"Ech liebe dech" seems like a wrong spelling or another dialect, but it can be a different language.

Since German langauge has infuenced Luxembourgish language (Luxembourg has three official languages, Luxembourgish, German and French), i think it's Luxembourgish and that it has exactly the same meaning as in German.
