What you can do depends on where you live.

In upper midwest you would be shoveling/plowing snow.

Most landscapers in my area do yard work in the spring, summer and fall. Then, in the wintertime, they plow snow from driveways or shovel walkways for residential or commercial properties.

You could do on-line sales through e-bay. My son does landscaping for a company and handy man work for a guy who owns rental properties 3 seasons a year. He has an e-bay store that he also sells automotive parts year long for the added income.

It depends where you live and what country. Where I am the landscapers, by which I assume you mean gardeners, are very busy raking and collecting leaves and cleaning up until December. Then when it snows they make money clearing snow.

This is not a direct answer, but what do other landscapers in your area do?
