What is middle class - between First, Business and Economy - Business is the middle. Go economy for cheapness.

The price of a flight will depend on exactly where in Texas you are starting, where in California you are arriving, what specific dates you are traveling, and how far in advance the ticket is purchased. The same is generally true for Greyhound. I imagine you'll find that Greyhound is significantly cheaper, but it will likely take several days of travel, again depending on your specific start and end points.

Not sure what a "middle class" flight is but both Texas and California are geographically massive so you'd have to name the cities you're traveling to and from for anyone to do your research for you.

Try Southwest airlines, and check the monthly fare they are consistently cheaper than other airlines.

Actually, I guess there is an "upper middle class" flight. On many airlines you can pay a little more for "comfort class" or whatever they call it, to get an inch more leg room, and a little better treatment. Go to Orbitz.com and search for flights from your airport. You'll see the fares for economy, whatever the improvement is, business class and first class.

There is no such thing as 'middle class' when flying. Even if there was, no one could search for the prices for you because you haven't given enough info. What city in Texas and what city in California? What date do you want to fly? What time of day? How far ahead are you buying the ticket?

Airlines have websites. And if you put the names of 2 cities, followed by the word 'flights' in your search bar, you will find some flights.

Same problem with bus fare. Prices vary according to a couple of different things. Greyhound has a website.

To get the cost, you need to enter a specific date on the web site for the airline or Greyhound.
