Trump wants to obtain all of our citizenship records. Isn't that unreasonable search and seizure?

Psst.....**whispering**: Hey.....wanna know a secret?
STAFFERS WITHIN ANY PRESIDENT'S CABINET---ALONG WITH CIA AND HOMELAND SECURITY ALREADY HAVE OUR CITIZENSHIP RECORDS!! Oh...and you ought to see the infinite acerage of buildings housing petraflops of hard drive data---from our listened to cellphone conversations!!

Wow, you sure planted that notion in Miracle Grow and expanded the truth. Trump simply wants to know how many American citizens live in the country. And, what is wrong with a leader of the country wanting to know that information??? No one balked or complained when the citizenship question was on the Census questioner years prior. So, what the hell is the big deal now?? If anything, it is more important now more than ever to know how many non-United States Citizens are wandering around our country.
IF THE PRESIDENT CANNOT GET THE CITIZENSHIP QUESTION PRINTED ON THE CENSUS FORMS:
PLEASE CREATE A BOX AND CHECK IT, ADDING THAT YOU ARE A CITIZEN ON THE FORM. IF YOU AGREE, ASK EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO DO SO. THANK YOU
Here, EDUCATE yourself about Citizenship questions in past decade's long and short form Census questioners:

Yikes! Tell us more. I thought he was just trying add a citizenship question on the Census like the one that used to be on the Census for about 150 years. But going into "citizenship records" (whatever that means) seems a bridge too far. Natural born citizens have only their birth certificates and naturalized citizens have only their citizenship and passport data on file. One wonders what exactly it is that you think his (destined to fail) threat of Executive Order would actually cover.

Nope. Obama obtained all our emails THAT was unreasonable search and seizure. In the 50's 60's and early 70's every alien who was residing in the USA had to report their own address each year under penalty of deportation

No, it is long overdue. Every government should have full records on everyone. We should not have to hunt and peck every time a crime is committed and the fingerprint is not in the system. Every fingerprint should be in the system.

What do you base that accusation on? If it's the census question, that's just ridiculous. Simply asking if you are a citizen hardly constitutes "unreasonable search and seizure."

It is the job of the government to locate all persons living illegally within its borders and have them removed
