All I ask of a hotel room is that it has a comfortable bed and is is appropriately cooled or heated and sufficiently soundproofed to keep out the sounds of fire engines and garbage trucks. The hotel room is not the focal point of my trip.

    The tenth floor is fine.

"Their" is a possessive pronoun, indicating something that belongs to "them." "They're" sold out. There are 32 floors. I don't see a problem with staying on the 10th floor.

It’s twice as luxurious as Level 5 but half as luxurious as Level 20.
