Do you think the farmers along the coast if the Mississippi, gulf states should prepare themselves more for climate change?

Their infrastructure seems like it needs repair.

I think conservative are typically blind to climate change and will likely get what's coming to them.

Yes, farmers and home owners alike should be preparing for the worse because that is going to happen. The river will flood, the barriers will fail, and there will be lives lost and much damage done.

Farmers everywhere in the world will haver to make changes to their techniques to be able to deal with climate change. Areas near sea level (e.g. USA Gulf states) will be more and more affected by floods.

Farmers have always prepared for climate change. That's why they plant in the Spring, and harvest in the Fall.

They already are prepared. The climate changing isn't a new thing, it happens 4 times a year.

Climate change has been occurring for millions of years. Thats why ice ages come and go and melt again as temperatures move higher. Those patterns will continue as they always have.
