Is there any way to clean a purge valve on a Chrysler Town and Country with a 3.8?

If the charcoal canister was flooded with gasoline and all the charcoal particles were drawn through the hose and purge valve you need to blow out the line and use brake cleaner spray in the purge valve while activating it to open it.

Purge valves are solenoids and that's what usually fails. I'd replace it if it's bad. If the CEL is lit and you have a purge valve code it's an electrical failure. Replace it.
