What's it called in English? When a prisoned person give their ''Property title deeds'' to the prison be allowed to be out of prison?

    It's called a bribe if the prisoner offers the titles. It's called corruption if the prison offered this deal.

    That does not happen in the English legal system so there is no term for it.

    Sounds like just buying your way out of prison. Are you many be thinking of "posting bail"? Technically, that's not for getting out of prison. Bail is for when a person has not (yet) been found guilty. They don't GIVE their property, they pledge it. If they show up for the trial, then they get the property back. And besides, people who don't make bail aren't held in prison, they are held in jail.

    If you are talking about putting up property for bail then it is called a property bond. If you are talking about turning over property to officials in exchange for an early release, then it’s called a bribe.
