How do you brighten video that had no light at all?

I was filming a video and in the middle of it, the power went out. It was nighttime, so there was no natural light and obviously no artificial light. How would I approach fixing this? I have looked up tutorials, but their videos have a little bit of light, so they just make that light super intense. How do I brighten a clip with no light at all?

Common sense would tell you that you can't "fix" a video that was shot when there was no light at all.

    That is not possible.

    There is no "fix".

Cameras are devices designed to record reflected light. When the power went out - and the lights went out - there was no light to be reflected. The recorded darkness is all that is left.

There is no way to "brighten a clip with no light at all" to magically make the image useful.
