Is not being a good test taker a good excuse to appeal a grade?

What exactly is 'appealing' a grade.

Are you trying to say that you should be allowed to pass?

Doesn't matter the reason you failed. If you failed then you

cannot go to the next level. You wouldn't be prepared properly

for the new material. It usually builds on itself.

You can appeal all you want. They heard it ALL. For YEARS. You still get lousy marks and FAIL.

. The whole idea of taking tests is to prepare you for the day when you studied about parachute jumping and TODAY IS THE DAY. Hitting the ground, "it is a little late to remember to pull the parachute release cord." That was the test and you failed BIG TIME. Do you want to appeal that failing mark? Considering you failed, I see little reason to listen to your crying.

No. You need to be tested to see if you have a learning disability. Some will qualify you for extra time on tests. But it has to be diagnosed. If you are in the US, your parents can ask for you to be tested by the support teachers.

It won't fly with most teachers, but a nice, easygoing teacher might let you have a make-up exam, if you flunked the test or had a really low grade, and if it could be said that you slept poorly and were too sleepy to take a test that honestly reflected your abilities.

You can try, it won't work but you may get points for giving the teacher a good laugh.

Short of having a mental or physical disability or some other diagnosis, no it is not an excuse. Everybody that is able has to study to learn, and not everyone does it on the same pace.

I doubt anyone but a benevolent saint would take your excuse seriously, so no.

No because we all know there is no such thing as being a bad test taker. Just a lazy person.
