Is a piece of whole grain bread with 21 grains enough with oatmeal and a half an orange?
Would one slice be enough? Do you think two slices would be too much on the stomach with oatmeal and an orange?

Enough for what? Are you trying to lose weight, gain weight, maintain it? There is no way to answer without more information. Are you heavy, obese, light, active, sedentary? Provide more information is you want a sensible answer.
For me, I could eat that with no problems, even adding a second or third slice, but then again, I enjoy a big breakfast. My wife would skip the bread and possibly the orange too.
